It was my birthday last week, so I prepared something for my family. I cooked Carbonara for them. :) I can proudly say that I have mastered our family's recipe for this dish. This is originally my older brother's recipe (he's a cook by the way).
It's a secret recipe so I cannot tell the details here. xD Of course the typical carbonara ingredients are used like chicken shreddings, ham, mushrooms, mushroom soup, and spices. The sauce is served over pasta with grated cheese and basil leaves. *yum*
