I don't even want to call it a relationship anymore, because it was a one-sided transactional connection, all for the gains of the other person. It was all manipulation, all very subtle, to maximize his gains in all aspects -- physical, emotional, and financial. And when he couldn't get anything from me anymore, I was dropped, without a warning. Oh well. I should have known since day one. 🙁
