I have recently got fond of the guitar (finally!) and I was able to learn a few chords. I have always been a piano-person that's why I took the guitar for granted.

I practiced everyday until my fingers went numb, which is a good thing because that only means it can now tolerate the pain of pressing the strings whenever I play the guitar!

Below is the first set of chords that I have learned: G-D-Am-C.



I think this is one of the easiest sets to learn. With these chords, you can now play two songs:

Knockin' on Heavens Door (Guns N' Roses)




Speak Now (Taylor Swift)




There's also one easy set of chords that are used to play another song: A-D-E.





I love how the same chords are just repeated throughout the song so once you learn the chords, you can now sing the whole song! :D

I have tried learning some other chords, but my fingers still can't handle it. I need more practice I guess. xD
