This was my hair before using Liese. I had my hair colored in a salon a few months ago. However, my black roots are already showing so I need to color them again.

I consider it fortunate for me that I never had the need to wear glasses, so far at least. Even though my job entitled me to be in front of a computer typing away work stuff all day long, my vision is still a healthy 20/20. However, having good eyesight cannot shield me from getting my eyes tired. Especially in my case, I tend to do overwork almost everyday (staying at the office for more than 10 hours), and usually after the 7th hour it is difficult for me to concentrate already because of eye strain.

They actually also have reading glasses. I was tempted to get that one too, but since I was offered to get one pair only, I chose the computer glasses, because I knew this is where I would get the most benefit from.

It took a while for the package to arrive (I'm looking at you Bureau of Customs!), but thankfully the glasses arrived safe and sound!





I requested for the glasses to be delivered to the office. As soon as I got hold of it, I wore and used it while working. I didn't notice much change. However after finishing my shift (with a few hours of overtime again), I felt that my eyes were more relaxed and it didn't feel as tired as before.

I realized even if you don't have a problem with your vision, you might still need to wear glasses, especially if you are in front of the computer all day (or even night) long. I am a huge fan of the Nexus series. I've been using a Nexus 5 for two years now and I must say I am highly satisfied with my experience with my phone (which I have adorably nicknamed as Nexee 😉). Nexus 5 was one of the most advanced smartphone when I bought it then. It's Sakura season again! The blooming of the cherry blossoms is a highly-anticipated event especially in South Korea and Japan. It's very special because the trees fleetingly flaunt its beautiful pink flowers for a few days only. After that, it naturally falls off the tree signalling the end of it's blooming season.

Good thing the guys at Tokyo Bubble Tea came up with this creative food and drinks to make us appreciate the cherry blossom season, even if there's actually no trees like that here in the country!

Introducing the Sakura Bento Meals and the Sakura JCC Milk Tea!


Honestly these bento meals look like food for kids because they look so colorful! Maybe you won't be able to appreciate them through these pictures, so let me show you the real thing!

Sakura JCC Milk Teas
On our visit at their Megamall branch, we ordered for a Sakura Royal Milk Tea and a Sakura Strawberry Milk Tea.

I guess you can tell which one is the strawberry one. ( ﾟ▽ﾟ)

I got the Royal Milk Tea one. Both drinks are topped with Japanese Cheesecake Cream (JCC). Yum!

It was my sister who saw this at their menu. I didn't know what it was actually, and this is my first time tasting it. And I'm telling you, it's yummy!

For me, okonomiyaki tastes almost the same with takoyaki. It's just for this one, it's pizza-shaped.

We weren't actually able to finish all of our meals (as expected!) so we took some for take-out. And man, I'm so happy I was able to take some of those okonomiyaki home. :D

So going back to the bento meals (I got too carried away there haha), yes these milk teas and bento meals are appealing not just to the eyes, but also to the tummy! By they way, these drinks and meals are available in a limited time only (just like the cherry blossoms!) so hurry and try them before they go out of season!

Also if you order any of their Sakura bento meals and partner it with a Sakura JCC Milk Tea (just like what we did!), you'll be given a chance to pick a prize from their special Sakura tree! With the advent of the internet, shopping has never been the same. Choosing an item (it may be a bag, a shoe, or that perfect dress for a dinner date) has become way easier as there are a lot of online sites out there that offer endless options for all your needs.

For searching for ideas, I love to browse on Polyvore and Chictopia. When I find an outfit that I like, I switch to online clothing stores to find matching designs. For example, Zalora Marketplace has a great collection of formal dresses including long gowns and cocktail dresses which you can choose from. If you're searching for sweaters, H&M's online shop is a good option. There might be brands that won't apply the online shopping route (just like Stradivarius, which is becoming my personal favorite), having an idea already  for an outfit will help a lot in going through all the available choices, may it be online or at the actual store.

I am no expert in the fashion field, that's why as a noob, these tips are helping me a lot to ease the process of selection for the right clothes. Actually these techniques don't apply to clothes alone, but also to any item that we need to purchase.
