Q4 2024 Goals List & Results 🎯

Here I am continuing with the new goals system that I started last quarter! ✨ Below are my three main goals for the quarter and the progress that I have made during that period. 😄

Goal #1: Improve Fitness

45mins of brisk walking on the treadmill while watching ‘Summer I Turned Pretty’ 
30 min treadmill in the morning
Strength training (1 session), this morning… had to wake up at 5:15am to be able to still clock in on time at work
30min brisk walking in the evening
I’m able to do 55-minute treadmill routines
I did my 20-min cardio on the indoor bike
i did some bike exercises + core workout + knee strengthening exercises


Goal #2: Visit New Places and Try New Activities

went to 5D crystals and Lasema on my own for the first time! I got lost for a bit in Makati Cinema Square, but it was okay. It’s all part of the adventure.
went to Alabang for my TOD stint, and was voluntold that I am now the club secretary 😅
I was able to drive to a friend's house, and also explored a new route to drop-off my friend on our way home
I was able to visit COFFEE SYNDICATE and ASSI FRESH PLAZA (Korean grocery) in Alabang
I went to Las Pinas to undergo a cosmetic procedure, which was new to me. 💋
✅Travelled to Taytay to buy a dress for a wedding I was attending
✅Travelled to Dumaguete and Siquijor
✅Visited Manaoag church
✅Did an overnight stay in Tagaytay


Goal #3: Gain a Technical Skill

I was able to finish a Coursera course. Yay!
✅Wrapped up an O'Reilly course


I realized that to make progress with my goals, I really have to be intentional in tracking my progress, and having time blocks dedicated for those goals each day was a huge game-changer. 🔥This new system is really working for me. ✨
