It's summer already! Can you already feel the heat? This only means one thing - it's time to hit the beach! :D
Summer has really come our way as Nestea launched Nestea Beach 2014 at an exclusive media event last April 1 at the Antel Hotel in Makati.
The venue felt like a poolside party so we were asked to wear something summer-y and ready to plunge at the beach!
Guests from the media were treated with a massage, snacks, and drinks while being rocked by the music by DJ Katsy Lee on board. :D

I was able to meet fellow Nuffnangers in the event! I'm so happy to finally meet some of them. :)
Aside from the awesome pool party, I was amazed by the method the Nestea people used in handling photos in the event.
At the registration booth, we were asked to sign up on a web page and log-in thru our Facebook accounts. Then they gave us this tag which we could tap on their phones to upload photos to our FB accounts.
The Nestea models invited us to take pictures with them. After taking pictures with their DSLR camera, the image was automatically transferred to a smartphone which they showed to us. If we are satisfied with the photo, they asked us to tap our tags on the phone and automatically the picture would be posted on our FB accounts. C-O-O-L. (⌒.−)＝★

They also had this contest on sharing photos on social media with the tag #refreshsummer. I was just happily documenting the event with my phone so I was surprised when they called my name as one of the winners!

It was a fun night! Though I don't have plans (yet!) to join their events in Boracay during the Labor Day weekend this year, I am so happy I got invited to the press launch. Thanks again Nuffnang! :D
