OMG. I've checked the blog and I'm still on to my first step towards this goal! I've always planned to do yoga regularly but I was always too tired (or lazy?) to start with anything. And because I am always lurking within my comfort zone in terms of physical activity, I have gained some extra pounds again. :'(
So, let's try this one more time, shall we?
I have structured a one-week long diet plan that I have to follow for, well yeah obviously a week, and see if there would be changes after that so that I can revise and tune up the process a bit so that I can do the necessary adjustments.
Here's my game plan:
* Eat oatmeal and fruit for breakfast and dinner.
* Meditate for 5 minutes before going to sleep.
* Do yoga in the morning during weekends.
That's it for now. I know this is a bit lame and unexciting, but I think it would be better if I take it slowly (one baby step at a time, hell yeah that's what this blog is all about).
As of today, my body stat reads as:
*shame shame shame* |
Since it's a Friday today, I guess I would start with exercising tomorrow and then the change of diet for next week. I'm gonna update this page to track if there would be changes after a week.
See you after 7 days then! ^_^
[UPDATE] - 09/10/13
It was rather a difficult week for me. I thought it was lame but 'lo and behold, I lasted for only 4 days.
In addition to the above steps, I added, impromptu, another one:
* Walk from office to the bus station on the way home.
This one was an effective sweat-inducing activity. It's a nice balance after just sitting all day long at the office.
However with the steps indicated, I need to readjust them because I find some of them difficult to do. So for the second week, here are my plans:

I'm tweaking this goal plan for a bit, because I devised a new plan that will last for three months. So good luck again! ^_______^
